Instructions: Prior to preparing the nomination forms, please download and review terms of reference. Nomination forms can be prepared using Word and sent in PDF format to awards@engineerscanada.ca or mailed to Engineers Canada. Engineers Canada requires only one original copy of the nomination package.
Gold Medal Award for exceptional individual achievement and distinction in a field of engineering.

Young Engineer Achievement Award for outstanding contribution in a field of engineering by an engineer 35 years of age or younger.
